President and CEO
As President and CEO of RightAnswers since 2002, Jeff Weinstein is the driving force behind the company’s strategic direction and overall growth. As a true testament to his forward-thinking vision of the cloud, Jeff led a successful transition of RightAnswers from an IT content provider to the #1 provider of cloud-based knowledge management and self-service solutions. Through Jeff’s unwavering leadership and guidance, RightAnswers has evolved into the de facto standard for knowledge management with more than 400 global organizations and millions of users successfully leveraging the company’s Unified Knowledge Platform for both internal IT and customer service initiatives.
Jeff motivates the team to continually meet and exceed RightAnswers’ commitment to not only provide customers with an industry-leading, cloud-based knowledge management platform, but to become their knowledge partner, approaching the challenge from their side of the table. To that end, he takes a shared interest in the success and growth of RightAnswers’ clients and partners by regularly meeting with them to understand their challenges and discuss how RightAnswers can help address them.
Under his leadership, RightAnswers has emerged as the leading knowledge management provider which has led to numerous awards such as the 2012 Product of the Year award from CUSTOMER Magazine, Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Businesses for five consecutive years, KMWorld’s Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management (2011-2013), KMWorld’s Trend-Setting Products (2011 and 2012) and NJBIZ Business of the Year finalist.
As an active member in several industry groups, Jeff frequently speaks on the benefits of knowledge management. His passion for knowledge management and more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry have given him the insight necessary to expand the reach of RightAnswers. Prior to joining RightAnswers, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances at ePresence, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Strategic Network Designs, and National Sales Manager for Magic Solutions, Inc. Jeff earned his MBA in Business Administration from Monmouth University, and his BS in Chemistry from Alfred University.
Outside the walls of RightAnswers, Jeff, his wife and two daughters value the importance of giving back to the community by volunteering and donating to various charities. Jeff is a member of the Vision Society at Monmouth University, and also coaches his daughters’ travel soccer teams.

VP, Professional Services and Product Development
As Vice President of Professional Services and Product Development, Keith directs RightAnswers development and implementation teams as well as takes an active role in pre-sales activities, working with organizations to determine the best method of deployment for their unique environments.
Keith joined RightAnswers in 2005 as VP of Professional Services, coinciding with the initial roll out of the RightAnswers Self-Service™ portal, the first piece of the Unified Knowledge Platform. He took over the reins of the development team in 2011. He and his team help evolve the Knowledge Management Platform by incorporating customer feedback to shape the platform to address both industry and customer trends.
Keith is personally responsible for directing the creation of new products as well as expanding and caring for our Cloud infrastructure and the success of the RightAnswers customers by ensuring that the product is not only tailored to the customer needs but that implementations are completed quickly and seamlessly into their environment. He is dedicated to developing Knowledge Management Software Solutions that companies and their employees benefit from and can clearly identify with. Keith received a BA from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining RightAnswers, he held development, sales and management roles at Dendrite, CyberShift, Extensity and Geac.

VP, Global Sales and Business Development
As Vice President of Global Business Development at RightAnswers, Bill leads the company's sales, strategic alliances and key growth initiatives. Bill joined RightAnswers 2009 as Vice President of Business Development and quickly expanded RightAnswers roster of outsourcing and technology partners resulting in global distribution of the Unified Knowledge Platform.
In 2011 Bill moved into his current position, leading all of global sales; direct and channel for RightAnswers. His experience in the CRM industry and leadership at companies like Microsoft, SAP and Neocase Software has raised the skill and performance level of our sales team and benefited RightAnswers, our partners and our customers.
Bill earned his BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University. Before joining RightAnswers, Bill was Vice President and Managing Director at Misys where he was responsible for Americas sales and alliances. He has also held leadership positions at Microsoft, SAP America, Lawson Software, and Neocase Software. |

VP, Product Management & Client Support
As Vice President of Product Management, Simon and his team work closely with the development and professional services teams to incorporate industry and customer trends into the product development cycle, delivering to the market a Knowledge Management platform built on the best practices and proven methodologies.
Since joining RightAnswers in 2004 Simon has been a catalyst for developing best-practices and creating the right mix of technology, content, and methodologies for our customers. Simon strives to help customers utilize new technologies and to provide clarity and insight into the RightAnswers value proposition.
In addition, he belongs to several industry associations and is a frequent speaker at industry events on knowledge management topics. Simon earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and holds an MBA in Finance & International Business from the New York University. Before joining RightAnswers Simon was the knowledge management practice director at Ness Technologies, he previously service as the eastern region pre-sales manager for Personify, and the technical director at Information Builders & Citibank in New York City as well as for First Empire State Corporation in Buffalo, NY. |
