Organization Level Awards


Knowledge Excellence Award

Given to the organization who has achieved the most using RightAnswers by improving their support center, customer satisfaction rates and moving knowledge management beyond IT

Partner of the Year Award

Given to the partner who has shown true partnership to RightAnswers with integrations, usage and sales.

Submissions are closed.  Finalists in all categories will be announced on December 14, 2012.  Recipients will be announced at the Awards Luncheon at IMPACT 2013 on March 7, 2013. (must be present to win)
